The Connect Coaching Community is a series of 6 one-hour coaching calls with Stephen Blandino once per week  for pastors, small group pastors, and small group champions. Stephen is the Executive Pastor at Christ Church in Ft. Worth, Texas (www.christchurchfw.com) where he has developed a dynamic small group ministry and has authored or co-authored 8 small group curriculums as well as several leadership resources.

Stephen leads the pastoral staff at Christ Church and provides oversight to small groups, adult discipleship, and leadership development. He's a graduate of SAGU and holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. The Connect Small Group Ministry Coaching is designed to help leaders develop a healthy, strategic, and effective small group ministry in the local church. The 6 coaching sessions include:
